Where is the best place to slot +Regen ?

Hello Guys N Gals

I was wondering if someone could help me please, I have a MA / WP Scrapper and I am wondering where the best place would be to slot Numina's +Regen & +Recovery along with Regenative Tissue +Regen please. At the moment I have them both slotted in Fast Healing. I have posted my present build, I hope i have done it right as this is my first time posting a build. Thanks for your help guys

Soz couldn't check the build but yes, the best place to slot a Numina Unique and a Regenerative Tissue unique is either Fast Healing if available or Health.-
