Stick a Steadfast Protection -KB in Wolf Armor and/or Crab/Bane Armor. They're passives with low values not worth enhancing for Resistance anyway.
Sadly Widows get the lovely KB Protection.

Since you're going to be short on attack powers...you could take Acrobatics. A very cheap way of getting some KB protection is 4 slots of Kinetic Crash (a KB set) into Frag Grenade which gives you mag 3, this doesn't have to gimp your damage in Frag either.
I expect 6 slotted Kinetic Crash in powers like Handclap to put out all fires.

I'm going for a Wolf Spider build with my Soldier, and unless I've missed something really obvious there doesn't seem to be any KB Protection available from the AT's power sets.
Should I start saving my inf and head off down to the Black Market for a choice IO?
