you seem to be all over the place with 'what you want' from a tank this build is survivable and can deal quite good damage if it's not you to your tastes thats ok

As i Dont always team. i wanted something that deals a handy amount of damage by himself, but strong enough to keep myself alive in large teams.. tried to use Sets to gain whatever buffs for defence and resistance as i could, obvioulsy gotta keep with those Willpower tanks =) of course not finished due to money worries, if it were i'd have more purples in there :P or a bit of numina's covelance. but i'm working on that

Power choice wise have what the hell you like! We can turn it into something but if you removed taunt or the aura or called it PVP I won't consider looking at it. Sadly right now I am busy so only will ask the above questions. At a push I can look at this Sunday. Between now and then you could consider what I say on slots:

Slot-wise I think your either over or under enhancing powers. Major overhaul needed.

Basic Example: 3rd end in tactics saves you 0,02 end per sec if it was a second end in in foc acc you'd save 0,19 end per sec.

See what I am saying? Its like that with everything and even goes the opposite way where your trying to add too much damage only to be enhancement diversified down again, an arrangement of slots for your bonuses wanted can probably be had without making a single slot worth much much less than it should be.

Your build looked like it was paying in endurance for decimal places of resistance bonuses. Also I take it you don't use Barrage? I don't know if you'd be interested in me playing with it but when I see resistance of 61.48% (Pre ED 96.5%) I think 'how much difference in resistance is there between 61.48% and 57.65%?' If it is small, then I wonder 'is a slot better elsewhere?' Sometimes survivability comes from spending less time versus something or having the endurance to produce more attack chains or land that key disorient. Looking at the end rec to end drain and the gap is pretty small and an impact on your attack chains to an end bar and then should you leave toggles running between fights, an impact against recovery, but I don't think it needs to be so bad without changing powers or much in the way of slotting.

AoEs tend to be what needs to hit the minions and don't need to be as accurate as the STs, the STs can be used to smack the tohit or acc debuffers and then better allow your AoEs to hit let alone deal with bosses and so can afford to be made less end costly.

Thinking of what I said in my first paragraph I don't know if you would want to take away the extra 0.3%s in actual resistance for the sake of more dam per end or more of an attack chain or more end recovery but I'd recommend looking at what each slot actually does and trying to get the right balance.

Combat Numbers.

I don't know if you know but you can have a small permanent window up. I have been testing my Firetank swamped in CoT and have had my last chance to hit down 7.75% - so swamped XD. Firetanks without taunt in such a circumstance would do little to help a team but even with taunt, I now have to balance that up more.

The endurance drain isnt that bad really, even with 6 toggles running all the time and hasten. The +recovery from miracle and Numina's pretty nice, as well as the +end from performance shifter.
If i do get end issues thats when i use conserve energy or Unstoppable even if its due to end sapping mobs.

But I see your point of "do you really need that extra resistance enhancement in Temp inv for instance" and yea, if i had a better idea of where to put that particular slot i would. removing one of these slots would set me back a measly 1.1% resistance, which i think i could live with
removing a res in unyileding would drop me a 0.1 % in smash/lethal and 0.3-0.4 in the other resists. so i guess theres room for tweaking

and no, Im afraid I wont let you in on my account password (if thats what you mean by "play with it", generating ideas on tweaking however is another matter )

Lol, no that's not what I meant play with it, I meant take the time to move slots about for ya, but I think its just as good/better if you can take a deeper look at what each slot brings for yourself if you wanted.

Btw that was meant to be a PM, I must of clicked back to a reply which was what I was first gonna go with XD.

Lets say that you have 1 eps in recovery and your attack chain is an average of 4 eps then it'll take you say 20 secs to 0 end and then 100 secs to recover it (ldrship toggles on). I myself go into the Vanguard place and unleash hell on a Rikti dummy and see the time to 0 end and time to total end. Personally I like at least 1,7 eps between end rec and end drain and still 2-3 rechgd hastened conserve energy.

dont know if it will help u, but i did that "unleash hell" and this is what i got.

not using conserve energy but hasten and all 6 toggles it took me 1 minute 17 sec to lose all end.

if using conserve energy at the beginning (i think i could get more time if i used it towards the end as then i would get back more energy than i spend.) i lasted 2min 33 sec

with all 6 toggles on, it takes me 55 sec to get to full end without attacking or using conerve energy

Firstly lets give your build plan 4 of the main accolades:

end rec is 3.14 eps
end drain is 1.93 eps
55 secs to full.
55(3.14-1.93) = 66.55 end points after 55 secs which is 33 less than 100.

77 secs from 110 - 0

77(3.14-1.93)= 1.21

Your attack chain would need to be staggered given that the lowest end per cast time of air sup for example is roughly 3 eps.

Build and ingame don't seem to equal.

going the other way:

110/77 = difference between ers and eps
= 1.43

You have to have a bit of a broken chain given lowest end per cast of any attack maybe 3 eps with energy melee.

Shame Mids don't have an attack chain planner.

Maybe its me, its 2 am and I have been up 18 hours.

that math went a liiittle by me.. so I'll just respond to the items that were more clear.

The broken attack chain.
im not so much for planning attack chains as I figure combat is situational so theres not much need to figure out "the most efficient attack chain evah!" since I'll never get to use it. I'd rather play by guts or instinct than in a "programmed pattern" since it makes it easier for me to adapt due to situational events -but maybe thats just me..

any holes in the attack chain I fill up with things like Taunt and the odd temporary power, like sands of Mu, Nemesis staff, Rune of warding, Pistol and so on..
Its rarely i dont have any button recharged.
