A /Rad a /Dark or a /Thermal?
As far as AoE damage goes, I'd say AR/ Dark/ or Rad/ if you don't want Fire.

Hey guys i was thinking of making a Thermal radiation/Cold domination/Rad char and was wondering what would work good with that dark/radiation look for a good fun char that can dish out some nice aoa damage,but not fire got a fire blaster,as ye can also see the char will be doing alot of debuffing and maby some buffing. . . .,so em what ye guys think would be most fun?
