Drop something out of Aid Self (Maybe the heal/recharge) and put in an IntRdx CIO instead.
Change the acc/end/rech in Power Bolt for something that gives damage, like acc/dam/rech from Ruin
Change the Acc/Int/Rech in snipe for an acc/dam from another set (Unless you're using L50 SIO's)
Why put the +stealth in hover? Would be more useful to have one in sprint.
Far too little recharge in nova, drop some SIO's and grab ones that enhance recharge from other sets.
Are you actually planning to use TI or FoN? The slotting pretty much sucks.

Mainly as I have a +stealth for fly and not for run, and they cost a fortune. Besides I never thought of dropping it into sprint.

No idea TBH, only just hit 43 and have yet to use (or know anyone who uses) them, only reason I maxed out slotting on FoN was for the recharge on six slots. I have tried repulsion field and even with 2x END Rdx in it I run out of end far too quickly for it to be anything more than a fun power. I do want the PFF though, what would you suggest?
You'd be far better taking the KB prot far earlier, possibly a defence one and slotting it into Cloaking device. Thatr's what I've done and I rarely get knocked over. You'll benefit from it much earlier.
I dislike Hover with Blasters, I find that it's better to be mobile and fast with swift and maybe CJ (could slot KB prot in CJ if needed) or hurdle. You'll be knocking enemies out of range quite a bit and Hover just doesn't cut it to get back in range, especially before they get back up again.
Also, I hope you have a lot of inf, that build is going to be EXPENSIVE!

I have hover now and only get knocked back/down when I'm detoggled which is becoming frustratingly
common since I hit 40+. And I could always slot a knockback protection IO into hover, though I'm saving them for my Dark/ tank, and they do cost an awful lot.
As for Inf I have a fair amount and some of the IOs already plus recipes and salvage for some of the rest... besides I still have seven levels to get more.
This is what I want to work toward on my blaster I think. The exact levels of powers are not too important as I will re-arrange them when I actually have a respec to use and have tested the basic build on the test server. I tend to play at point blank range hovering after my foes as I knock them ever further away. I solo happily on Rugged and team at any setting. I thematically think of my blaster as a sort of heroic stalker or perhaps an energy ninja. I use very little of my secondary and while some of the time I really wish I had rolled Nrg/Nrg (or anythig but /Dev) I'm over all happy with the stealth part of my build.

I already have some of the enhancements squirrelled away so unless there is a glaring error in what I have I think the actual sets will do me fine.
