Another Sunday, another run
After the failed attempt last week, hopefully we'll have better success this Sunday.

Some of last weeks attendees aren't available, so opens up spaces for others.

Attendance as follows:

1. -Shockwave Elec/Elec Blaster
2. Gorerider SS/Invuln Tank (TBC)
3. Defcon_Kid Ice/Rad Controller
4. Target Ill/Kin Controller (TBC)
5. Protector Bot Empath Defender (TBC)
6. DualStrike ?/? Scrapper
7. Xtream PB Squishy
8. Sarganatas DM/Invul Scrapper

Reserves:
1. DemonicJudgement Kat/Regen Scrap or Dark/Dark Fender
2.
3.

A second scrapper would be ideal or a bubbler.
Plus waiting on confirmation on others, so worthwhile filling reserve spaces as a good chance of getting in.

Thx for your scrapper Sarg matey. Gives us the 2 scrappers we tend to need. I've added you as a reserve DJ, and will probably need your defender as the best option.
I'm hopeful to confirm the others soon.

Not such a great run that one after failing twice on the first mission, but a mixture of lag didn't help. No worries though, still went on to run a 'normal' STF and although poor drops again, was still fun.
Sorry we didn't get the badge for those needing it

Think I'll need to give some thought to a team redesign to bring back the usual success on this TF again (get a bubbler back, an empath defender and maybe gore if he is back online).
'Aiming' to run this again on Sunday, and this time maybe play my new lvl50 scrapper (currently lvl48).

Sorry about face planting on the first mission. Things were laggy for me and dull pain didn't activate in time. Was also unlucky that the ambush mob appeared right in the middle of the team resulting in the second face plant

Aye, that spawn mid-team was a pain. Think I'll arrange a reposition for future runs. Looks like a few were suffering lag as well.

I think it was a mix of usual lag and the lag from invasion, it's so nice having and earning these badges but it's a pain for your pc... only this last weekend I crashed 4-5 times, 2 of them just before and after STF... I'll have to rethink about going to RWZ raids on sunday, and respecing my tanker changing Build Up and taking Maneuvers instead... I thought granites were the toughest tankers, and even using Earth embrace, rooted and Elusive Mind at same time GW was able to hold and defeat me twice.

GW has a mag 100 hold so this affects Granite tanks. It is still essential to have at least 3 CM's running at any time to prevent you getting held. Done this before on my granite, but had to constantly have a supply of SB's and CM's, notably for GW.

Better knowing this now, with a wasted MoSTF attempt, than along an usual MoSTF run, at least I don't feel guilty of spoiling the badge for my teammembers (phew).

I'm sorry I won't be able to play for a few days, my pc started to smell burned last night and stopped running... after a couple of hours I tried to reboot it, but nothing happened. I'm carrying it to the Technical Support this afternoon, and I have no idea how long it could take to have it back home.

I'm typing this at office, hope being able to be back before next Sunday.

Sounds (smells) like power pack overload to me.
Open up your tower and trace what burned, if its the power unit, buy another one and replace it (bit of work involved but nothing stellar).

Already got tech support diagnostic... board gone, according to technician it would be worth buying a new pc instead of replacing board, processor and RAM, because my actual board has 6 year old and there are no spare parts on stock.

mmm... can't you save your processor?? usually if you can save it, replacing the board is relativly cheap and easy. I did in the past and my "FrankenPC" is working fine

It's what the technician told me, it was worth buying a new pc instead of buying and replacing board, processor and RAM, so I guess processor gone too.
