Now, i'm totally deluded about it
Levitate - is the only power to make damage. not bad, if i would damage i'd use a blaster or scrapper, but i'd tend to kill mobs with brawl...
Gale - useable only to make scrapper/tanker angry. it's ok, useful to let peaople away... but not anything else. so is pretty useless...
Dominate - useful. it block one mob and you can still attack him. useful save for whenever you get attacked from TWO or ore enemies
Combat Jumping - increase defense. and i like jump. and i could buy super jump soon
Mass Hypnoses - awesome, if you read the description. useless in team 'cause everyone tend to attack all mobs so they awake
Steamy Mist - i use it only for appearence. useful only to ghost mission, useless in team
Snow Storm - again: useful on description, but friends tend to attack the one with storm on. Plus, it drains a lot of endurance. In solo is cool... but an enemy last long enough to made this power useful, you die horrible death
Confuse - awesome: an enemy attack your enemies! sometime. if your friends does'nt attack him. if someone does'nt kill him. if friend controller does'nt block him. and after it turn back to you. And, of course, you don't get exp for it...
O2 Boost - cool: heal ONE friend (not me, of course). remove sleep and hold. increse sleep/hold protection. So i can heal... and heal... and heal... and do nothing else...
well, o2 boost is really the only one power i use while on team. but it's not enough to let me be an healer. plus, if i would be an healer i would take empathy, not storm

so... got no clue how to use this characther; i'm disappointed, deluded and a bit angry i spent all this time playing this toon

so...there is something wrong? something i need to know? something i should do to use safely this toon? or i should just "delete" it and roll another toon??

Mist for appearance ? Mist gives you some nice res to fire/cold and its a confusion protection of 6.9 also its handy i.c. with a stealth IO. well levitate can be used when ppl are detoggled. Also you get lightning storm later ^^. mind/storm can be very good ^^

I was going to offer advice but the links posted say it all - read those and your good to go.
If you still cant make it work for you and you want to make a high damage controller.
Fire, Ill are your best bet for primaries although Gravs not bad - Mind is also good but if you dont like that!
Secondaries go Rad, Kin or Storm

I would try Fire/Rad, Ill/Rad or Fire/Kin although there are a load of Fire/Kins at the moment. Ive got an Ill/Kin that works well also but Ill/Rad arguably edges it for performance.

btw, yep i knowmist is useful, but very end draining; while on team, tanker tend to be away, and noone will stay close to my mist. so it become a useless end drainer

Hmm, I skipped levitate for mesmerize and dominate - both are control powers that do some damage and with a bit of skill/luck can lock down a 3-man mob - useful early on if soloing. Here is my current planned build - the toon is currently languishing about level 20.
