Can't help you with the recipe, but I do know that Wentworths (or whatever it's called) is the only place you can sell your homemade IO's.
Just refine items of base salvage into components, no recipe needed, just use the work benches or enpowerment tables in your SG base.
They all count towards that badge.

I've figured out the cheapest path to each of these, but does anyone know the very cheapest recipe out there for crafting so I can get to the Master Artisan badge? (1000 recipes made). I suspect its a base item salvage recipe but there's lots!
Also does anyone know if there's a vendor who will but invention origin enhancements? Or is it just Wentworths where I can offload these?
