You can get the mission via Ouroboros once you're level 25+

Yeah, I missed it out too, as I was levelling my first char. Just last week went back in time to do it, via Ouroboros.
Quick mission on your own, only took 10 mins.
but how many missions i have to go through in ouroboros to do it? so far i haven't come across it there.
Use the Pillar of Ice and Flame to select the mission, it should be in the 10-14 section iirc.
