If you really really have to skip a passive, skip Agile instead, ranged defense is important imo, but less important than AoE defense or Melee defense. I would take all SR passives, but if I had to skip one, Agile would be my choice.-

agree with this, AoE toggles were the last ones in my list to take. You just encounter ranged/melee far too often to ignore those toggles.

This could of carried on in that other thread but no matter. What is the current build plan? I dislike the idea of losing any passive personally. If an attack chain can consist of less attacks then thats what I'd do although losing essential situational attacks hurts my gaming too.

lol ok I guess I will look at a different power to move around for BU I'm just not certain if I should have hasten at lv41 but im afraid that I will loose the great dps I have atm or do I sacrifice it for some beastly hits with BU 
Swings and roundabouts. +rechg is +dps and +dam is +dps and many other examples. I might take build up to save end and push stamina later and some people may take stamina to save end and push build up later. I don't know of a hard and fast rule. The more damage you do in every hit the less future hits you need to make and so save end. Id normally take haste when survivability is also involved to buff both.

I'm wondering if dodge is worth taking at all or if I should swap it with were I have build up on my character build (see link below, bottom of page 1).

I would really like build up earlier but since I cant afford alot of fancy IO's as my blaster has taken most of my influence to get fully IO'd, this means I currently need hasten at lv6 rather than at lv41 so BU is now there. Any info or help would be grand.
