Will try to bring my Necro/Dark along for this (currently lvl 40) - if nothing else my private SG needs that last exploration badge that sits on top of the ship, inside the forcefield... 
Related question: Is it worth relatively low level MM's trying to keep up with the initial beacon takedown? Tried it a while ago with my Bots/Poi on Union, and the options seemed to be:
1) Use Group Fly - so much slower than even regular Fly that the action on each beacon's over before you get there.
2) Use Fly yourself and let the pets catch up/auto-respawn as they can - you arrive on time, but the pets pick up all sorts of aggro on the way over and often arrive too late, or not at all.
3) Fly, resummoning at each beacon - you arrive on time, but even if the summons have recharged the pets take so long to bring on and power up you can't really contribute much.
After stumbling through 1-3 for the first half-dozen beacons I finally went with:
4) Don't even try to use the pets, and just concentrate on buffs, debuffs and heals to help the direct combatants.
Am I missing a trick here?

I would think that your team, and any of the raiders won't mind so much that you're not attacking the pylons so much, as you'll counter that and will make a [censored] load of merits and contribution later, aboard the ship .
Yeah Mighty option sounds the best to me too. Specially since I suppose you'll lackey to level 50. You know that if you get out of range of your boss your minions will (bamf) drop dead. 
No handy to resummon at every pylon

When I did the raid the first time, I used option 2 but it didn't work so well - the pets really didn't contribute much to the Pylon stage.
Since then, I've always gone for option 4 and no complaints!
Wouldn't it be possible to have someone recall-freind you to each becon? I've never been to RWZ before, but when you get teleported over long enough distance, your pets ride for free...
Thats assuming one of your teammates is willing to spend several seconds teleporting you...
Would love to come along on one of these. Zone wasnt in when I stopped playing, so not done the strike force, attacked the mothership got the badges etc yet.
We usually do some raids on sunday.

These gearing more or less up to regular weekly Friday/Sunday slots again? There installments this week?
I reckon if so, and if the Thursday PvP bash has another good attendance, perhaps Ghost Raptor could bin out the old "What's on Defiant Heroes/Villains" and have a new one stickied up?
Well have never been on the Mothership raid (been away for a year), would like the badges from under shield as well. So if there is one going on sunday please count me in. Ping a tell @seizmic and will mosey on over.
