I'm looking for either a controller with any secondary other than kinetics who would like to join us for an evening of fun, bashing, and probably the only time ever Ohms and I will not be trying to get each other killed.

I'm counting on Mother's Love to save me if you have any moments of weakness.
Still in need of one controller.
I'll Join you will Illumina if I may - level 50 Ill/Rad
I have your teamspeak server on my list from the last STTF I joined you on - however it will probably be listen only again as I am still on the same mic you could'nt hear me on last time
Great, will be good to team with you again!
Our TS password has changed, I'll drop you a message with the new one.
That's a full team.
Reporting for Duty Sweetheart.
Good luck guys.
Hope you get it Mum, after all the unlucky runs you did with us, you deserve it!

Mostly I think just slowly and carefully should do it. Few things to bear in mind though:
1. Most of the team will be on teamspeak, but we've one or two who won't, so please do allow me time for typing!
2. Turn up with the essentials. A full set of inspirations, at least one cape, mince pies, and your tipple of choice.
3. Please have all your accolades handy - especially the Elusive Mind one.
4. Swampy will be tanking and will take the team. Please everyone keep the map open and keep an eye on where (s)he's going. Check his pockets at the start of each mission to make sure he's not sneaked an extra Bacardi flask in with him!
5. We'll take one or two short breaks between missions, to try to minimise afk time during missions without it feeling like hard work!
If it all goes horribly wrong and someone dies, I don't want anyone to feel bad or not enjoy the evening anyway. If we lose someone early on, I'd probably look to restart, if we're a good way through we'll just finish it and try again another day. While I'd like to do it on the first attempt and intend to have a bloody good go, as long as we give it our best shot and everyone enjoys themselves, I'll be a happy Wyxie.
Good Luck folks
Don't forget to let us know how it went.

Mothers Love knows the way our team ran it..so (s)he can no doubt give you some tips. Only bits I can think ever gave us trouble =
1st mish = The ambushes after the Pipes...leave 2 things in the 1st ambush alive then head up the ramp...once at the top focus on the AV. As long as those last 2 from the ambush mob dont die, you wont have to face waves of ambushes. Makes it a lot easier. We tried other ways of avoiding it (Tping last person to take last pipe, leaving certain pipes to last etc etc but nothing else worked as well as this)
2nd mish was easy enough
3rd mish- all squishes need to stay well away from Vines while clearing CoT. If your Tank is up to it, they should stand infront of the AV while the rest of the team clears mobs/Vines....If the Tree AV aggros it goes for the tank more often than not and so saves weaker teammates getting picked off.
4th mish - Dr Aeon...surprizingly..one of the easier mishes! All pretty stright forward (2 ambushes after sec mobs, dont forget them! lol) Dr Aeon himself...was just a case of Pets go in 1st to take Aplha, tank follows..and all focus on the AV Aeon till he drops. (you can still use Temp from the Thorn Tree even on the MoSTF) He never really gave us any problem (save once..but we wont speak of that lol)
Last mish...well a lot of luck helps lol. Eat insps like Candy. spam at least 7 -10 CM's on the Tank for the whole GW fight. Use Geas on Mako when he Eludes (except the tank of course!). Scirroco WILL drop all squsihes health to red a few times during the fight,(bloody HUGE AoE) so dont panic and have Greens handy. Oh and take out the flyer everytime it spawns!
Dont forget the Empath(s) are there to help you stay alive not save your life. Its up to you to stay alive, its not the empaths fault if you die (unless they dont CM you hehehe).
Best advice is what has already been said. Dont take it too seriously and have fun! Dont look to pass blame if anyone dies..those things happen.
I wish you all the best of luck!
Thanks for the advice. Those were the areas we were expecting to have problems but it helps to get someone else's perspective

ohh I just thought of 1 more thing....
The flyer resets after 15-20 mins...If you wait for it to reset before you drop it for the 1st time, you have enough time to clear all mobs around the flyer site, AND take out all 4 pillers and start fighting recluse before it spawns again. Provided you are fighting recluse waaaaayyy at the back of the arena it means you only have to fight the flyer once! (this worked on both successful attempts we ran)
I'm not sure what you mean by 'wait for it to reset'. Let it get back to the area where LR is and let it start another circuit?

You will notice, every 15-20 minutes the Flyer will "Vanish" from were ever it is (even mid fight!!) and reappear on the east side of its spawn area on full health. On both our successful runs we started fighting it, got it about half way down, when it re-set back to its start point on full health. When we took it down then, it didnt spawn again untill well after we had dropped all the surrounding mobs and all 4 towers. (and this is with 2 relativley damage "light" teams)
so..if you wait for it to re-set like this, you should only have to fight it once.
Handy if you run with just 1 tank, as when they are tanking recluse if the flyer respawns..taking it out again with just a team full of squishies and no deaths can be...tricky
Ooh hadn't noticed that before. Cheers for the advice

Thanks for a very fun evening. Well played everyone. Probably wasn't a "perfect" team mix, but it was enough to do the job!
Particularly nice to see a scrapper pick up the badge.
Wyxie/Prima Donna
Agreed, great fun.... and a rock solid performance from the team.
Enjoy your new titles everyone, not that many of them about at the moment.
Gj guys!
I knew you would get it Mum hehehe

Great advice! The flier gave us no problems at all
Apart from one or two small hiccups with the 'big 4' AVs (trying to take all 4 at once...not a great idea ) it went remarkably well. Thanks for joining us Mum and Illum

Yeah, I think I underestimated how much we normally rely on phase shift to split the AVs out - I hadn't thought the no temp power thing would be a big issue. We did have one extremely close call there.
Once we realised that we needed to drag them much further back in order to not get the lot, it went fine from there on in - actually after the initial (fairly long) faff about the rest of the last mission was really quite easy.
Next time, I'll be using Buffem (my kin/rad) for badge 'hoage. Although if the temptation to use Total Focus on Prima Donna was hard work to resist, playing Buffem and not nuking may actually kill me.
Thanks again for letting me join you on this, as always with the vanguard TF's it was a nice smooth run.
It was especially fun listening on TS to Swampy splitting her attention between tanking and the final of strictly come dancing during the final mission
3Hrs 32min was quite a good time I think given the little hickup with the 4 AV's at once bit.
I was quite proud of my little controller decieving Aeon so his EB's attacked him and Ghost Widow so she held scirocco
Congrats all round ! *shines shiney badge*
Aptly, this was what won. The dancing lark isn't my cup of tea really, but I can appreciate the irony and the song. Also, more worrying, was the "I've run out of coke, so I'm onto the neat bacardi" comment.
Huuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuge Grats folks!

Title says most of it already. My SG (with a couple of friends) will be running this on Saturday evening. Due to a tragic incident with a monitor going boom we're one person short.
I'm looking for a controller with any secondary other than kinetics who would like to join us for an evening of fun, bashing, and probably the only time ever Ohms and I will not be trying to get each other killed.
If it's someone who can use teamspeak, that would be ideal.
Please send me a PM or reply here if you'd like to join us.
