Only willpower tank I've met while playing my willpower scrapper was spamming taunt so didn't see that problem yet. The stone tank I met didn't run mudpots, so MaX's DB/WP had all the agro except for my Claws/WPs target (claws seems to generate a lot of threat on a single target)
