Well if you have achieved perma-dom you must have some nice recharge bonuses from your IO sets so I would say a simple 1 Acc 3 Dam should do the trick.
the thing is, i found that 1 acc isnt cutting it at + 2 enemies and at + 3 it gets worse (before anyone says it, i only have 9% global acc from the one posi blast set i have)
i guess i can just do 2 acc 2 dam for now but i was hoping a combo of IOs could help but the best results i get are
90% damage
67% acc
26% end red
23% rech
You could go for a HO and IO mix then. Slotting 3 Nucleous Exposure Acc/Dam HOs and a single recharge or endurance IO would be better. Gives just under 95% acc and dam and a decent recharge or end bonus.

Hmmm. This kinda makes me think of what gets sacrificed for Perma Dom. Hope you can fix up your PSW AND keep Perma Dom.
Not that my Ice/Psi is anywhere near high enough 
, but I don't intend to impact PSW with anything, and probs go for a full out mixed HO,IO sets range for 90% acc 105% damage and 78% recharge.
The build I'd work to, if I went all Gucci for a few Decimation and 1 LoTG would give me Domination recharging in 84 seconds, with Hasten running, to it's 90 second duration. So sure, I lose it when Hastens out I guess, but I'd live with that to keep my powers intact and vicious and belting out the Shockwave every 3 odd seconds, or 4 1/2 for the 105% wallop that 90% isn't .
Though I'll only take Decimation in key powers where I can bump it up with something else. The recharge bonus is nice, but the set's own 62% accuracy and 89% damage is pants

had four avalible slots for PSW what would be the most effcient method to slot it? bacuse of my eagerness to get
perma dom i over looked what PSW would need.
i plan on atleast 5-6 slotting it later when i get a respec but for now, how would you slot it?
