Well I was looking at it and thinking about your comment around chilblain being annoying.

Given that you have so VERY few attacks in there before level 20 (getting all your pool stuff in) I figured you would be very glad of the little controller aspect of the power to help keep mobs at bay.

THEN I looked closely and thought, that REALLY IS very few attacks! and I noticed why. You have swift in at level 8 and again at level 16. You might want to drop one of those in favour of another attack.

Seriously though, ICE/ICE is a GREAT combo for a Blastroller and you might want to think more seriously about some of the holds. Apart from being handy for taking on a few mobs at a time (lock mob one, lock mob two and blast away at three - rinse and repeat) it also makes taking out tougher solo mobs easier coz you can stop 'em or slow 'em while you keep the range and blast away.

Actually after I posted I realied somethign else about your build so am now editing this. The Swift at 16 is going to have to be replaced by HEALTH as without that you cant take stamina at 20. Personally I would take another attack in your late teens and move health and stamina back a litle. I reckon Stamina at 22 is fine.

Yeah, but she has 2 swifts, and stamina. To get stamina you have to have 2 prerequisites, so maybe swap one of the swifts for hurdle or health. So powerwise she will still have to take the same amount.

My own order of choice (like you I am not posting slots here) is as follows:

1 Ice Bolt
1 Chillblain
2 Ice Blast
4 Frozen Fists
6 Aim
8 Freeze Ray
10 Frost Breath
12 Combat Jumping
14 Super Jumping
16 Build Up
18 Swift
20 Health
22 Stamina
24 Acrobatics
26 Ice Storm
28 Ice Patch
30 Bitter Ice Blast
32 Bitter Ffeeze Ray
35 Blizzard
38 Shiver
41 Flash Freeze
44 Frozen Armour
47 Hibernate
50 Snow Storm

As you can see, I have taken both the Freeze Rays to suplement my Chillblain and quite a few other slow powers as well. The controller aspects are one of the particular strengths of the ICE sets (as opposed to FIREs DoT or ELECTRICs END drain) and to me it seems a shame not to use them to the max.

Anyway, thats my two pence worth so I will belt up now. Whatever route you take and whatever powers you pick, the important thing is that its YOUR Blaster, and as long as you have fun then don't let anyone tell you your build is wrong.

Good Luck!

chillblain looks like it's a unuseful power... but : rchg is fast, gives dot, stackable, and -fly.

as for the build itself.
i tried fly when i first built my blaster. but this one doesnt have any snipe attack... better to move fast and directly to the enemy.
i use jump/superjump/combat jumping and superspeed. jump+combat jumping gives the ability to move more than fast after landing a hit.

afterwards, depending on wether you like pvp or not, BFR is quite interestiong in pve, but totatly useless in pvp.

i would get ice storm, as ice blast doesnt have a lot of ZE powers. it's also convenient for the stalkers in pvp.

where ice patch looks really great in pve, in pvp it's really useless. jump over, use superspeed to cross, or simply go around, your opponents wont be impeded by it.

also, as Lady Leprechaun says, ice blaster has some control.
use that. instead of frost breath, i would get shivers. a huge -vit -rech. even for a non-controller AT.

regarding enhancement.
i would still settle for 1 acc 3 dmg 2 (1)rchg for pve, and sets like makos bite for pvp, for ice sword.

well. that's my way of playing mine ^^
should you have HOs, feel free to get some hold/acc for freeze ray, added by some rchg. works great to stack on others, and even gets over the mag of metas.

I use chill blain alot, keep a foe outranged whilst I am already dealing with what I can't handle, or immob a foe and block myself from them with an obstacle whilst dealing with what I already cant handle, or even what someone else cant handle, a defenders anchor about to leg it or something.

Chillblain is great for the -Fly and it's not bad to throw around for the minor DoT/Slow in PvP but be carefull with your end.

In PvE, it's pretty handy.
