Five isnt many ;D I agree with that list although I'm not sure Ive seen Elistan in action (EDIT: regulator either). I propably just don't remember. Shaman, Elerith, and Psydock would propably have consisted of my own list.
Eli is hard to kill great runner. Archy is quiet good as empath I think, never played anything offensive against him though.
its pretty easy to stay alive as an empath, especially with IOs, the skill that defines great empaths imo is being able to buff, heal others and stay alive at the same time while under attack
