I was thinking of throwing a few more Golgis in there for the extra +Recharge.
But then I'd miss out on the +Recovery Set bonus from slotting four of the same type of Common IO... 
I hope thats a build done for a joke if so 
if not then no i dont like you build to many things wrong with it to even go into but just a few , no aim no build up the slotting is odd i could go on but i think you get what im trying to say. If you want to look at an elec/elec build give me a shout in game.
