I'm looking for Synapse or Citdel. I know there not in the level range you said, but it'll be a laugh nonetheless

I need them on Dark Delphian who is lvl 42. You do know you can do Any TF aslong as you meet the minimum level?
but im lower than tht im 31, unless i get sidekicked which would lessen XP wouldnt it

Maybe it will be better learn somethings about Task Forces before attempting to start one.
And getting Sidekicked won't lessen your XP.
