You can just do it yourself through the Auction House.
Transferred all my inf from Freedom to Defiant by putting a lvl 30 mutation intangibility DO up for a silly amount and buying it from myself.
Basically find something thats not selling at all and use that.

Just be careful you do it with something that doesn't have any for sale or someone else might get your inf.
Can be on both UK and US servers at the same time at least so you wouldn't have to worry about someone getting it in that 30 seconds
