Doesn't really matter. Even at the perception cap you aren't going to see someone running Hide+Stealth+Stealth IO unless they want to be seen.

OK, and I take it other than packing an empath running tactics and stacking me with a few clear minds there's nothing else I can do to increase my +perception is there?

IR goggles temp. power also helps, but that's about it.
There's a temp buff available from base empowerment stations too.

[/ QUOTE ]Well, there's some words that I just mistype naturally, like propably, suprise and perspection. And once you learn to type them in one way, it's hard to change
This is mainly do to with tactics as well. Say if I were to go stalker hunting, does slotting either with to-hit buffs increase the +perception, or are they fixed values and your to-hit buffs only affect your to-hit bonus?
