Not bad. The lines are a little blurry though, but that shouldn't be too hard to fix. 
I like it. Coloring is fine for me. Practice makes you better.
Great picture Captain, as Knightly said practice makes perfect... the shading/colouring looks great to me and you've definitely captured the nuances of his costume. Congrats!
I've never really been much of a talented artist, I had a go at drawing Vixen once and it ended up in the bin 
Not bad. Good proportions and detail. The colouring is ok, though I'm not fond of colouring pencils but that is more due to being absolutely rubbish with them.
It's not running away. It's advancing in reverse!
Nice work Cap, where did you get the template from?
I found some of the old Marvel Universe character bio's that did some front, back and side views I used one of those as a template. I can wing a scan over to you if you want?

I'm not all that good at putting pencil to paper but I always loved seeing character designs from front, side and back view so I thought I'd have a go at sketching Captain Patriot. I used a body template to get the body right
I think I went to far with trying to color him in and destroyed it
