First off, kudos on the paint!
I like it. There is something very endearing about this picture. Very naive yet, very complete. Reminds me of what OhGodtheRats does in a way.
The warped perspective is fun. And even though the characters totally lost their sense of proportions, it still works.
Where you lose points, imo, is with the caption and sound effect. It clashes/contrasts with all the nice paint.
