This is suggested very often, so much so that it's in the Frequent Suggestions sticky on the suggestions board, which says:

Why not be able to customize the colours of powers along with costume pieces? I think this would be a nice addition and would allow moves to be more personalised to fit the character in question.
e.g. at the moment my main char is an energy/elec blaster only because energy/energy has non matching colours. The customization could be done in the same way as auras, or in the same way as speech bubble editing.
So what do you think?
