For me anyway, I'd say the early part of the build is leveling up one rather than one I'd have at 32 (Gamblers Cut and Flashing Steel combo).
This is what I'd go for from 32 onwards. I've played Ninja Blade on my regen stalker and my /Ninjitsu is at 33 so I'm a bit hazy on just how good Blinding Power can be.

I've respecced now following your build MajikMan, and the build plays much better now, don't get hit as much ( I didn't have Danger Sense on the last one or combat jumping ) and its much more fun to play. thanks very much

Hi, I was just wondering why you have Stamina down at lvl 30, & Hurdle instead of Health?
I'm not questioning your build, I'm by no means an expert (my Ninja/Ninja is only lvl 11), I am simply curious, as I will be needing to look at my build at some point soon.
If you already have Combat Jumping is Hurdle really necessary (I know Hurdle takes no Endurance & CJ does - as a toggle), wouldn't Health be a better choice?
Hurdle is great for extra jump speed as well as height, and it along with swift is unsuppressed. For a Stalker, Health is not such a great power as max HP is low, so regen is not so great, especially at a level as low as Health is, Hurdle makes more sense.
Some people also think that stamina can be skipped, or at least delayed, without too much of a negative effect, I have not tried it but the thought of stamina not being taken ASAP is neither a new or rebellious decision, and has been done before, but not by me

I meant to put Health instead of Hurdle, thought you had to have that to get Stamina. Health dosn't do much at all, just got it as a stepping stone :-)

It was a lvl 32 respec build and I prefer to have the main and secondary powers up first on the stalker, even if it means stamina is nearer the 32 range than the 20 range
As for hurdle? Its in as stated by Rooks for a bit more movement, thus it would be a bit better should you dabble in PvP and in PvE I at least ( ) like to jump over foes swinging my blade

Combat Jumping is fine for that
I asked in Player Questions and was advised to post it here so here's the original post -
I've made a Ninja Blade/Ninjitsu Stalker, and I'm not sure if the builds very good. I've got a respec ready and I'm planning to use it at lvl 32 (currently lvl 31). Can someone write me a good PvE build for it? Because at the moment I can't solo EBs, generally die alot and need to run away frequently (I want to have SuperJump as the travel power, and Fitness to avoid end crashes )
So basically can anyone provide me a good PvE build?
