To get a base you have to speak to the registrar again, there should be an option saying something about making a base.

I have recently set up my own SG. Have been playing in other SG's for other 18 months, and now decided to earn prestige for myself. I have 5 of my alts in this SG currently...but cannot access my base.
Do I have to have a minimum number of people to have a base? or do I need to speak to the SG registrar to let me start building a base?
As I said, stupid question....but any help would be appreciated.
