In Canada, they have gaming laws which state that they must answer some kind of question to enter a competition, so clauses like that are common for competitions open to them. It's usually a "What's 1+1" type question. Kinda daft, but it's their damn silly gaming laws!

But you'd think anybody who's managed to find the money for a computer, understood how to turn it on, worked out how to install CoX, typed in their credit details, found the competition on the website and actually WON the competition, would have even the slightest idea what 1+1 is??
