Respec on Kheldians
Hmm - I don't think this is right. You can only slot powers in a respec after you reach the level you bought the power at. As the nova/dwarf attacks are tied in with the shapeshifts, you would not be able to slot them until you had got that power.

Its a known bug. You can slot them beforehand..
"Feature" =D
It's because they're inherents. IIRC you can slot Combat Flight (which you get at level 10) before then too.
On topic: I dont think this 'feature' is fixed any time soon, precisely because the form powers are inherents. I think fix would require some extra work. And its not like it makes Kheldians overpowered..
I loved getting a much more powerful Dwarf form when I respecced at 26ish.
Very nice. Especially at level 3, when the only thing worth slotting is the inherent Teleport
They shouldn't ever fix it. Why? cos its a meaningless time wasting fix in comparison to any other plus it probably wouldn't balance a damn thing with anything as it happens to both epic sets anyway.
He will honor his words; he will definitely carry out his actions. What he promises he will fulfill. He does not care about his bodily self, putting his life and death aside to come forward for another's troubled besiegement. He does not boast about his ability, or shamelessly extol his own virtues. - Sima Qian.
Yeah, there isn't really any point in spending resourses to fix this, just call it a feature and leave it alone seems like the sensible policy.
I really should do something about this signature.
I heard about a weird bug regarding respec on Kheldians regarding their forms (nova/dwarf). Basically, on a respec, after you've chosen your powers, and are on slots, you can slot the really early ones (level 3 and 5) on the Nova attacks. So basically, you could have for this example level 7 warshade:
01) --> Ebon Eye==> Acc(1)
01) --> Absorption==> DmgRes(1)
02) --> Gravimetric Snare==> Acc(2)
04) --> Shadow Bolt==> Acc(4)
06) --> Dark Nova==> EndRdx(6)
06) --> Dark Nova Bolt==> Acc(6)
06) --> Dark Nova Blast==> Acc(6)
06) --> Dark Nova Detonation==> Acc(6) Dmg(3) Dmg(5) Dmg(7)
06) --> Bright Nova Emmanation==> Acc(6) Dmg(3) Dmg(5) Dmg(7)
For triform warshades, you don't have to waste slots on any of your really early powers, basically.
What's the chances of this bug being fixed, and is it worth using a respec to do this?
