We seem to be perversely rare. It's a shame because the sets go together conceptually and visually, and there's a bit of synergy with the KB heaven.
Can't give you any advice, though, treat it as any storm defender and don't neglect your offensive power. Ta-da!

I started same build this weekend. After first levels crawling now my character is very good. Both visually and effectively.
As Wilfred said, dont neglect your blasts, and get and use freezing rain as much as possible!
Just go with the flow mate, let your character build evolve as you play 
Hey, decided to try something different from the casual controller/blaster my last controller I made was an Illusion/Storm it was fun till I got to lvl 6 and headed to the hollows till I realised the lack of controlling ability at lower levels... so I decided what the hell lets make a storm/energy defender!! and so far already in hollows ok few set backs but hey still pretty fun toon to play! however, I cant seem to find that many guides/builds for a storm/energy defender!! either that or I'm too lazy to look!
