Good Base Guide?

I would also like to be pointed in the direction of guides that show, a list of all base items and what they do / produce. A recipie list would be nice, but thats already available in game, so I can live without it

I dont know about costs or if you are doing a pvp base or not , but the cov prima official game guide has good info on how to make a pvp base ,and what to do with your sg cash. It also has raiding tips if you are raiding or you are being.
i have no idea if this helps or not.
