You'll be better off with all-/rad team

Enemies will be slaughtered anyway, so the only advantage of an all-/rad team would be that you don´t have to play like a lunatic on crack... in a team of crack-addicted lunatics. 
If it has eyes, you can blind it, if it has blood, you can make it bleed, if it has a mouth, you can make it scream.
/rad team already exists - although i reckon a 50% stalker 50% kin team would kick some serious [censored]

I think it'd just be awesome FUN once we have SB flying about.
Though I'd prefer it on defenders for SB at level 12... but sure!

I would think so, yes.
The problem is with the recharge and damage caps, any more than 4 Kineticists on a team is redundant. Radiation Emission is different because it provides a wider range of buffs and debuffs, which don't cap out unless you have 6 or more of them.
4 Kins and 4 Brutes would be a mighty combo.

Seriously had 4 kins on Croatoa TF once Mary couldn't get her damage above about 60 and the only reason for firing off the heals was the -regen as our regen was higher than her damage.
