First troller, Ice/Sonic
The build and slotting seems fine to me (I'm assuming you would slot Conserve Power with 3 recharges). Maybe I would take one or two slots from SJ and place it in Artir Air (2 slows).
Since your building an Air Mage (called Azure Eagle), I think Fly would fit it better. Also Air Superiority will help you kill things faster, since Ice isn't exacly a high damage set (not even after Frosty).
Moreover - and again because your an Air Mage - I would probably go for Ice Mastery instead of Primal. Plus, Hibernate will probably save your life more often than Aid Self (or at least it is safer and less annoying to activate).

I've been toying with the idea of playing a troller, finally giving in a few days ago. I've gone with Ice/Sonic partly out of concept (Air mage) and partly because it's just something different. Got to level 8 so far and need some advice on how to proceed. Here is my planned build.

I did notice that I found myself with a lot of spare slots throughout. I'm also a little uncertain on pool choices, I took aid self because having a heal could come in handy. I'm hoping the combination of Arctic Air and Sonic Dispersion will let me stay in melee a little longer for Glacier or getting Jack into range. Any thoughts?
