all you will get is the its a known issue we are working onn it responce a few of us tryed petitioned it a while back when we first relised its buged

my lot started as arcane but by lvl 30ish i worked out you get someting like 80% chance of tach so we changed over and im glad we did

i think there would be far to may complaints if it wasnt but it all depends on whats needed to unlock it in the first place if they can check who earned it and who didnt so they can award it retroactivley

Well, all items you are able to craft in the Work Shop are unlocked on the Test Server. From what I know the bug is with the rewarding of the item, there is no bug once youve received it. So, even thought its working on the test server, doesn't necessarily mean that it will be working in the next patch, unless they are specifically working on the bugged badge which leads to the reward.
(I would have thought anyways)

Its been bugged since bases were introduced so I doubt. I wish devs would fix this cause its unlock is one reason to go to pvp zones.. urgh. Even if it would just mean people afk at the damn gates.

i think the reason they left it so long without fixing is simpley they didnt think many of us would ave bases that need it but i know of atleast 5 villian groups in my coalition that woudl binifit from it and going by the numbers most if not all of the top 20 on union alone not to mention the other servers

I knew it had been bugged since bases went live but i wasnt aware all of the "recipes" were already unlocked on test. Gutted, i got my hopes up when i saw it could be built on test. Didnt realise its cus you dont need the 50 hours pvp to unlock it.

It's needed for our hero and villain groups, and I'm pretty sure we passed the 50 hours on each a long time ago.
As well as a fair number of EU groups I'm sure there must be plenty of US groups that are by now desperate for it.

In the meantime, if you feel that something is bugged, please report it with the /bug command, but bear in mind that you won't generally receive an response - /bug reports go to our QA team, who will only contact you if they need further information in order to investigate the problem.
I'm afraid that our GMs cannot generally grant rewards that are missing due to a bug.
I'm afraid there's not a lot more I can say right now without finding out more about this issue. As I said, I'll do my best to do that.

once you find out if its buged or fixed you could confirm if its 50hours pvp to unlock it or not that would be good enuff
