They should be able to use aid self, I believe the toggle will drop if the caster is instangible, or at least it definitely wont have any effect.
Was chased around in RV by a bunch of Scrappers and a Storm Defender, I was not going to surrender so I used the temp Hyper Phase from WB patrol mish.
The toggle was still on me, but I'm not sure if my Aid Self using was disrupted (with those debuff anchors on you, you can't use interruptible powers). I was pretty much hopping far, far away to lay a trap & get a heavy.

Tested it last night and it works great. Even the animation drops, was able to self heal. Just a pitty the duration of this power is so short in the arena.

Afaik the toggle doesnt drop, but the effect goes invisible and wont have any effect. You should be able to use aid self without interruption. Effects should return after you phase back.

[/ QUOTE ]The toggle won't go away if the target of the toggle phases. However, this was about the caster being phased, not the target.
If a grav controller has rad debuffs/ snow storm or the like on them and puts the caster in Dimension shift can they use heal self without being interrupted? They as in the Grav controller. PreThanx if anyone knows, save me testing it
