Fire/Ice PvP build, comments please
Since I dont have much experience on fire or ice, I comment where I can.
My blaster slots aid self 3 heal, 2 intredux, 1 recharge. (he has power boost too) Recharge may not even be necessary much if you use hasten. Aid self recharges usually fast enough for you to use when it is practical. Although I havent got experience of aid self on a dom. Definitely 3 heal though.
3rd intredux is definitely not needed as it wont help much.
I recommend putting 2 jumps on hurdle for better unsuppressed movement. (my blaster has 3) It helps more than swift.
I'd slot power sink 3 endmod 3 recharge.
Acrobatics can make do with 1 end redux.
Also, I always slot superspeed and superjump for 2 speed and 2 jumps respectively, and only then for endredux, and recommend same to you if you want to escape the blasters who have done so (like me).
Id propably swap endredux in ice blast for recharge.
That is a lean, mean build.
Aid Self - PvP slotting should be 3 Interrupt 3 Heal. For the longest time I didn't have this. With this slotting you can heal in between damage ticks, without it you can't.
My power sink is 3/3 recharge/endmod.
The biggest problem for me in Warburg is Stalkers - since I don't have any +Per it's virtually impossible for me solo. Maybe the sword is better there since it's more likely for the pets to get lost than RV.
I would get Mu Guardian instead of Fire Cages and get some slots in. In my experience in RV it gives you a definite edge and it also moves like lightning.
This is funny, I myself am building a Fire/Ice myself (level 22 at the moment, Cyndor) however he has PvE spec for leveling now.
Your build is very similar to mine, except for a few things:
[*] I slotted Combat Jumping and Hurdle with jump enhancements. I took Swift because of the resistance to slow, and because it's more obvious choice than Health (although the sleep resist might be handy)
[*] My Aid Self is slotted with 3 heals, 2 ints and 1 rechg. This is a personal reference, and you can survive with just 1 interrupt.
[*] Dominator's Chilling Embrace does not have the -dmg as the Tanker version has. You'll also floor the recharge already with your blasts.
[*] My Fire Imps are slotted with just 3 dmgs and 1 acc, I wish I could've slotted more, but didn't have enough space. Imps are the major killer when big things are held (Tankers, Scrappers, Brutes) or tricky targets like Stalkers (damn Placate!) The 1 level drop doesn't affect their accuracy much, they still hit better than you! Their accuracy becomes bad when fighting +5s, but that's not what you're going to do in PvP are ya?
[*] Hotfeet has a damage aura, and it's only practical use might be interrupting Stalker's Assassin Strike. They have alot of AoE defense in their Hide though, so they'll still be able to pull it off.
[*] lol fire cages! That one belongs to PvE.
[*] My build includes Hasten and Superspeed, both which are very important in competitive PvP.
[*] I've planned to take Bonfire. Really. Not only it is autohit (interrupts non-flying Stalkers' AS) but if people have no KB protection and they pop a BF (due to your holds) the Bonfire will do knockDOWN instead of knockBACK, because BFs provide only resistance against KB, not protection.
[*] Slotting Hurdle with jumps increases your jumping speed & height, thus makes you a better kiter & overall better in combat.
On Cyndor (my own Fire/Ice) I've just gotten SOs to my Stamina, Chilling Embrace & Hotfeet can be very devastating when you're buffed with all kinds of shields & you're popping Lucks, their -rechg combined is scary. On 1 on 1s however, as I said, your assault is enough to floor the recharge. (someone prove me wrong here so I can feel happy with Chilling Embrace in my build)
Thanks for the comments, guys - from what I've learned after hitting 30 and getting Chilling Embrace is that it really (as you said) needs no extra slotting for Slows - Power Boosted it and Hot Feet will do more than great in flooring anything near me to a grinding halt.
Adding slots to Hurdle instead of Swift might be a good idea, will probably do just that - Kiting is not just fun on the character, it's also damn essential to survival...
I tried out the 3x IntRdx in Aid Self and it feels great. In the end will probably be going with 3x IntRdx, 2x Heal, 1x Recharge to get more heals done, rather than focus on having one heal be as big as possible. With Power Boost available, I still get to full HP with 1 Aid Self most of the time. Kept getting interrupted with just two in some situations.
I am still unsure of the level 50 power - as I'm not getting it before Warburg levels, the usefulness of Bonfire at 50 against Stalkers will be limited to Arena, and so-far I haven't really been doing a lot of that. Also I'm really insecure on where I should pull the slots away from for slotting the Guardian if I get that instead. I guess I could get something away from CE and HF, but on the other hand I could increase the mobility a bit more. Will have to think. Will have to see.
I'm keeping the two slots in Acrobatics - CE and HF (especially) bring a lot of endurance-heaviness to the build, so any cost reductions I can get, I will.
Must say that this character is really one of the most fun I've had in PvP, ever. It's really fragile so it takes quite a lot of concentration to stay alive, and there are still some huge holes here and there that get me killed nearly every time (Terror being the biggest killer) - but when it shines, oh does it shine.

* How do you slot Power Sink?

3 recharge 3 endmod is the best, skip the end redux you will drain more end then u waste
Just one thing - I'd switch the order so that you pick up GIS at 38 and BIB at 41, as GIS is your big toggle-dropper; Imps are too useful to drop to 41 IMO.

PvP Build. Don't pay too close attention to the level of the slots. Quite straightforward single target attacker.
Notes:
* Ring of Fire there for -fly.
* Swift has an extra slot for some unsupressed movement.
Questions, mainly about powers I'm not used to / don't have on the character yet:
* With Power Boost, is 2xintred/2xheal/2xrecharge anything near an optimal slotting for Aid Self?
* Are Chilling Embrace and Hotfeet slotted over practical sense?
* How on earth do you slot your monkeys? With the level-drop, is 2xAcc enough?
* How do you slot Power Sink?
* Any better idea for a lv 50 power to waste 2 slots on?
* Any estimates on how the build could work in Warburg/RV?
One option I've been thinking is to move imps to 41, Greater Ice Sword to 35, Hotfeet to 32 - that will provide more punch in Warburg with the toggledrop/good slowing attack. Does that sound completely insane?
