Dunno about a PVP build but I was thinking of respeccing mine in a few days. However, I am Quite happy with what I've got. Managed to survive 3 AS's* (I think I counted), But I was laughed at for only have Barrage and Bonesmasher.... maybe I should have claimed sands of mu aswell meh!
I'll never be one for dmg output but -slow on chilling embrace was a laugh to watch, especially with the storm controllers slows stacking, swear it was storm but tbh wasnt paying much attention.

My build isn't 100% PvP but I do fine in there. If you're planning to go PvP only, then take off Whands. I only PvP at Wbug (not so much) and RV with this toon. You can go Sirens if you like, but I dare you to kill a brute with Barrage, EPunch, Bsmasher, Whands and BU. Shouldn't be impossible but it should be really annoying. From Ice the key powers are CE, armours, EA and Hoarfrost. I don't find myself using Hibernate as much as I tot I would when I created the toon but its a great power and certainly will annoy a lot of villains when you use it.

i might as well try him in PVP
currently my toon is strictly for PVe but after getting to 41 last night and picking up focused accuracy and finding out that my toon is FOTM for tankers
the PVP zones i will be in mostly are RV and warburg i think
so i was hoping an experienced ICE/EM PVP veteran
could post his PVP build or a recommened PVP build
