Mind/Kin...hows it look?
Looks pretty good.
My thoughts:
Confuse is a great power and a duration on this can help, it's good for locking down an extra mob if your AoE holds are not ready yet or one mob got missed (which happens a lot even with 2 accuracies).
Also consider getting Hasten, it stacks really well with Siphon Speed.
Acc in stamina?
Terrify could really do with an accuracy and maybe a recharge or duration.
Cheers, this is the second time a planner has mucked up my slots...last time it was an Accy in Combat Jump (just incase i miss my landing??), i assure you that it was meant to be an EndMod in stamina and an Accy in Terrify, which also seems to be missing the default slot at 26
I was lookin all the way through the build to squeeze in Hasten, but couldn't find an opening...will be a case of play through and ajust as i go i think.

I think I have to add something, too:
- I have to agree that a little bit more duration in Confuse would be a very nice thing. Especially with /kin you should be able to stack MAG like mad or start something like a confusion spree. IMO well slotted Confuse adds considerably more control than Mass Domination and immensely more control than Mass Hypnosis. (Never liked Mass Hypnosis and never will.)
- Hasten. Definitely get Hasten. Building a /kin without Hasten is a little bit like making running shoes with stiletto heels.
- You will want to have 3 recharge SOs in Siphon Speed. That way you will be able to stack it as often as possible and your clickies will be back in no time because of that insane recharge buff. (Although it might be a little bit awkward to maneuver without Hover and with triple-stacked Siphon Speed.)
- If you dance the kinetic salsa you will definitely not need all those EndRdx. Consider changing some of them (or redirecting them to Confuse and Siphon Speed).
