Definately get OG great power. I Would imagine the CoF -acc would stack quite nicely with parry making you pretty much unhittable in melee, not sure how good this would be in practise though

I would go for OG its end usuage is non exsistnat as it knocks 3 or so hp of you every bad guy it hits instead.
It will only disorintate minions though.
COF is a real end hog but does have - Acc as well built in. Its also good for stacking on bosses if you have another fear power.
Still OG wins out for me.
I agree with the other posters, you get more bang for your buck with OG.

I'd suggest OG, CoF used to be godly back in the olden days, but now its just way to lose end fast.

OG if you only pick one. CoF is very useful in PvP ... Spines/Regens cowering and then b*tching is always a laugh.

In a pretty much unanimous vote, OG it is then . I don't tend to do much PvP (or at all) which does seem to eliminate the use of CoF. Though I have to say, the idea of my enemies cowering in front of me in terror did appeal, that's why I have a Mind Controller
See you need DM, then you can make AVs cower with ToF, you wont get that big effect from CoF (these days)

I'm having some trouble deciding what to take for my BS/DA. I use Death Shroud a lot, I love the power and since I don't tend to switch around toggles that much during combat I'll tend to leave it on. As a result I can see the issue with CoF... I assume the area is about the same, meaning the fear effect if effectively negated (if I've understood the mechanics) and of course the endurance cost with DS would be prohibitive. The question is... is the accuracy debuff worth getting the power or should I not bother and just wait for oppressive gloom?
