Quick Regen question

Hi Guys
My first MA/Regen doing well and now about to get Stamina. I've got integration all slotted and my next Regen option is Resilience.

Question is do i take it or take Hasten ?

I've read that if i take Resilience i only need to 1 slot it for Dam Res which seems a little under used so i thought Hasten to speed up my attack chain?

Advice as usual appreciated. Cheers.

hasten. Resilience is kinda naff. You'd probably be better off with Tough from fghting pool.

Hasten makes more difference, although Resilience is underappreciated. But Hasten makes your regen clickys come back sooner, which is always good.

Hasten will noticably increase your attack rate and regen clickies.
Resilience isn't really worth it unless you're willing to pony up two power choices to get Tough. The stun resist is handy but is more of a luxury than a necessity.

I was thinking Resilience might be under appreciated and didn't want to miss out on a truely useful power though Integration seems to be giving me good mez protection just now at least.
The benefit with having Stamina and the quick End recovery Regen power i thought Hasten would prove more useful and not run me out of End. I did have room for Hasten at 35 in my build but might swap it round with Resilience and take it earlier now i think.

Dunno if I agree with that. Get stunned and integration goes down and depending on the mobs that could leave you in a world of hurt. Hasten imho is the luxury, and one I didn't have until I respecced for PvP at lvl50.

I've had builds with and without Resilience, and getting stunned through Integration in PvE is really rare. Can't remember a single occurrence that would have killed me, in fact.

Getting stunned only ever seemed to happen if I got sloppy around Malta mobs, even then it was a rare occurance and tended not to be fatal.

Have gotten stunned before fighting a herd of red ink Tsoo, but that's rare. I can count the number of times I've been disoriented through integration on one hand.

Being HELD through integration is more common now, actually. Particularly at higher levels when with the mez protection nerf a single Carnie Boss can now chain hold you (Master Illusionist has one Hold plus a hold from each of its decoys = one chain held /regen).

IMO Priorities should be:
Integration > Reconstruction > Dull Pain > Instant Healing > Hasten > Health > Revive > Resilience > Tough
(then everything else, then Flurry/Jump Kick, then the medicine pool, then MoG!)

I took resilience and I like it. I am never stunned even when using an awaken after having made a mistake

That could be a useful side effect then after useing a wakie. Is Resilience one of those always on powers and not a clicky?
Middle of a fight , die , pop an awaken , CaB , Health or Dull Pain and straight back into the fray?

Used to be that resilience eliminated wakey-mezzle altogether from about level 35 onwards, but it's been stealthed nerfed since then i'm afraid.

There's still a bit of downtime (though only a second or two) for me after using a wakey at level 50 now, and I took resilience at 30. Thankfully I took Revive at 49 so I'm never forced to use wakeys unless exemping...

Resilience is good for the -dis after using an awaken, but you'd get more use atm out of Hasten though.
