Cynic has one at L22 now and it seems to be doing OK, although he is teaming with my thermal which considerably ups the survivability.
Is a bit squishy, elec has a good ST and AoE balance, while Fire offers some good damage in the aura but not a great deal of protection (more than DA does to most things though)
