Stalker for Sirens Call/Warburg PVP

hey all, wondering if anyone could recomend a stalker set for SC PVP?

been thinking about spines/sr, i know its a nasty primary at first but once 20 it should be allright shouldnt it?

and also, been thinking about making it without the fitness pool, is that worth trying or just plain silly?

does this look like it'd work in PvP? and aswell would it be at least half good in PvE so i can actually get to sirens?

You have similar build as my claws/nin, problem is the lack of vertical movement and lack of stamina. You can still PvP with it as those are more like quality-of-life issues. I would put 3 end reduxes into invisibility though if you intend to use it. It is a massive end hog.

invis will only be used for positioning since i cant attack with the Pool-Invis active, or have they recently changed that without me knowing?

altered the build a bit, dropped the Med pool and invis and picked up fitness.

think it would work better than the above?

Take the slots out of lunge. It's pretty much a redundant attack, since Ripper, Imaple and AS do enough damage to make kills. I slotted it up until 24, and then respecced and removed the slots to put them somewhere else since it's not fun only having an unslotted attack until you pick up Impale. Put at least one of them in BU for an extra tohit buff, and then put some defence buffs in hide. Defences in hide means that even if you are spotted, chances are that you can still pull off an AS.

Personally, I'd swap SS for SJ since you need vertical movement. With SJ you can climb the side of buildings to take out pesky fliers with Impale and so on.

I'd put 3 recharge in Practiced Brawler. If you die, you don't want to have to stand around waiting for it to come back up. Also, it stacks with itself to give double mag mez protection.

You don't need Evasion. Very few attacks in the game actually have an AoE component to them, since all of the PbAoE stuff actually counts as melee damage. Unless you're going to be standing next to someone who's getting hit by something like Fireball a lot, you don't need AoE defence for PvP.

Placate could also do with a couple of ranges in it.

well i've started the toon now, will defo go for the build with stamina in it.

@Xanthus: I will take away the slots from lunge when i get to have some more attacks.

and not needing Evasion for PvP actually makes me happy if this is indeed the case more End for me

when i do the respeccing to take the slots out of Lunge i will also change SS to SJ, taking SS to begin with since Hasten will ease up the lack of attacks a bit

and i did not know that about putting Def Buffs in hide, will do that

Nope but your endurance will be decreasing steadily if you dont have stamina even if you just run around.. It is THAT much of a drain. When ran in conjunction of SS, hide and possibly CJ. Not even counting def shields. With def shields on top of that you'd be out of end by the time you reached talos park from villain base.

Well dont forget evasion is good like if ur taking tanks with damage auras u need evasion gettin past quills yes evasion and getting through things like dragons tail,whirling sword,spine burst,lotus drops yes evasion i mostly make /nin so dont need to worry bout aoe with danger sense but if u have something which is promisingly better then go for it.

Nope, all those attacks are classed as Melee.

PBAoE moves are classed as Melee as far as Defense is concerned.

I was doing a mayhem, I have melee def from /nin and when the Swat boss with grenade launcher AoE my brute team mate I got knocked back. I have 3defbuff in melee def. If a swat boss can AoE without fail (Ok, I have lv 25 enhancements at lv27-28), then its safe to save heros will hit u. While I have melee def Im planning to respec out of it and flurry which I took by mistake too.

The reason is that danger sence is ranged def, AoE def, +perception, and its in the guide Im reading on the US forums by Elernet. Also due to a spine scrapper being able to see throuh my hide and temp stealth (only lv28), Im pretty sure he could also hit through melee def and any def slots in hide. However the same scrapper was making my 3ToHit raged up brute miss him alwell and then other times able to hit easily, so he could just be an inspiration king.

What would a scrapper need to see a stalker with hide + temp stealth? Do they have inbuild perception too, never heard tactics go off either.

SR scrappers get focused senses which does +percep. TO see thru hide+stealth you need that and tactics (and or the temp goggles).
