It is fully affected by Fury and buffs, so you don't worry you'll do truckload of damage 
At first it wasn't affected by Fury but they had changed that.

I know this power isn't boosted by fury, but what about the other two mentioned above? Can it get damage buffs at all?
If it can BU and FE make my build, if not then Its something more defensive like tough or aid self (please not tough and aidself are overkill on defence as I perma duo with a /thermal corruptor I am Elec/FA so FE is mostly not that useful and I dont rate BU on a brute normally. If however they can make such a difference to the one power my fury cant effect they will make the grade)
