Sonic side, get Shout, Scream (and maybe Shriek, too fill attack chain, as you lack target attacks in secondary), and definitly Screech.
Screech will stun any squishies/flyers that lack mezz protection, and the other 3 attacks are the only 3 ST attacks in the set. Sirens Song/Shockwave may have it's uses in PvE, but not in PvP zones me reckon
(O and also get Amplify ((Same as Aim)) from the Sonic side)

Agree wholeheartedly with Jummy on this, the STs are all pretty decent and with enough of you will have decent -Res going. Having taken my very much PvE Sonic/Ice into Sirens Call for a laugh worthy test run I can say that Sirens Song ain't a whole heck of a lot of use in PvP in my experience and PvE unless your team know how to handle sleeps is at its best kept for saving your proverbial solo. Shock wave I ignored as I havent seen a need for it.

Well ive made a sonic/Dev Blaster and dunno about what powers to get and what is the best travel power, i will be mainly PvPing in SC but will still PvE often.
And i also need help with how to slot powers
