A meatshield's respec build.
Using Invoke Panic on enemies flopping about on an ice patch seems kinda counter-productive to me - unless you're looking to cover the knockdown resistant, easily feared niche? Also, won't mudpots break the fear? I haven't used Invoke Panic in combination with mudpots or ice patch so I couldn't say what effect they'll have on the fear - something to consider/check into though.

You seriously planning on doing PVP with this toon? People just tend to ignore Stoneys in PVP, so it would seem quite boring to play one in PVP.
I'd probably slot 3 end reducs on Mudpots, seeing how much end it drains. Maybe put a Taunt duration in there as well, seeing as it's really handy for keeping aggro.
Other than that, I see no problems. This thing should be quite unkillable.
Minerals will not run with Granite armour. Mudpots and Rooted are the only others in the set that will. Rooted is good for the healing and the protection it offers. Add it to the chain before you teleport, in both PvE and PvP.

I wouldnt want to be a blaster your tanking an AV for with that build i really wouldnt. I can imagine it being like it was with my New Dawn in RV and 2 granite tankers were on 1 AV and the AV starts ignoring them and comes for me. Normally i see that with just 1 granite tank but 2 was kinda extra taking the ****. Your level of taunt control is horrible. Another very self centred build imo. The game is called "City of Heroes" and the word "hero" is something most people should be looking up in the dictionary from what i see.

If its team pvp, stoneys should concentrate on how they play out of granite now, if they want to do something useful Therefore the non-granite toggles should be important. Provoke needs another accuracy I'd say.
Cheers to Pharoah's Advisor for pointing out that Minerals don't work with Granite on. Also, that I forgot to add Rooted to that attack chain.
Now, Shannon.. sigh. pftt. *facepalms* sigh.. Okay, two questions. One, prove why this is a bad build for taunting and Two, provide me with a solution. Go on. hehe.

take out the slots in health and put them in swift.. and you need one more recharge in earths embrace

No recharges slotted in either taunt power with little slotting for taunt duration combined with the recharge penalty from Granite will result in very slow recharging taunts that don't last long. That'd be my guess at the problem anyway.

I see where you're coming from, but unslotted swift does the job I need it to, and thats to manuever slightly amidst my herd while Rooted or Granite might have me anchor'd. Any larger traveling and Teleport does the job.
Besides, the way I see it, (health, rooted) the more regen the better. Earths Embrace is there when I need it, so its okay as it is.

I don't attack much but it's reasurance to know I'm capable of some decent damage, both AoE and ST.
Never on a PvP team to be honest but if ever, it'll be a similar chain but with Focus Accuracy (and Minerals for stalker watching).

you can't use sprint while you're in granite.

Whilst in granite your recharge is slowed and the higher the lvl you face the lower the taunt duration and so without proper taunt duration between recharges you are allowing a window of no taunt effect. provoke isnt auto hit and there isnt enough taunt duration in mudpots to keep taunt between taunt pulses. The build above is better but on a stonetanker id rather have 3 rechg 3 taunt in 1 autohit taunt than 3 taunt in one that autohits and one that doesnt. i am planning on 2 taunts tho, i wont have the toughest tank but it should given time and space be good for aggro.

Yeah win/win builds are impossible, but then you have people who share a team with you can help overcome certain hurdles. Being /ice (least damaging) and having -rechg from granite doesnt help with attack chains so you may find you dont need end redux slotting in attacks because your end recovery rate versus end use rate covers it, you shouldnt need an end slot on conserve, you resist end drain with rooted to an extent go with the powers but feel ya way up just have a 6 slotted autohit taunt when ya do AVs.
