Need advice on an elec/elec build...

... the name says it all, I guess.
I'm looking to put together an elec/elec blaster. I have NOTHING done as of yet. Emphasis on that. Nothing.

I'd like to know what I should take and what I should steer clear of, as my experience with blasters is fairly good. Help?

Yeah, USE THE SEARCH FUNCTION, always helps. remove the date limit, set it to blaster threads only, and be daring, add my handle to the poster name. I've said everything about PvE and PvP at least 3 times before, if you want to knwo much else then by all means, make more posts
