Ok here is a new build (v1.4) based on all the comments on this post with a few minor tweaks... let me know what you think... [img]/uk/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img]

I made one small mistake... BuildUp isn't pre lvl30 when it should be.

Charged brawl really needs 3 damage in it for PvP imo, it's all part of the upfront damage
BL looks slotted for PvE, very nice but slotting over melees i would question
3 recahrge in aim annd BU is the only way to maximise your DPS and be the best damage dealer you can be, 2 tohits is nice
You've totally ignored my comments about intred in aid self, you shold go to test and try this power on any toon you have available, its base interrupt window is already tiny and as I've said many times before, ona blaster if you need 2 intreds chances are you are taking enough damage to die regardless of the 480 odd heal
pre HOs you may want 2 reced in shcoking bolt, it's slower than TC and has a longer duration. do some testing and see if you can hold through a scrappers mez resist with TC and SB
1 endmod is pretty pointless in VS, if you had 3 dmg and 2 acc I would say sure go for endmod, but it's not like you have that much spare, SC and it's -rec and PS's drain overshadow VS's -end, it just helps pin people to 0, if you're serious about endmod there then add 3, but I think you'll find the barrage of elec drains anything fast enough [img]/uk/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

If you're struggling for slots remember that the 3rd dmg SO only ever adds about 18-20% so you can skip it if you feeel you need another slot in a power which doesn't have 2 of the same type of SO in i yet, so 2 acc 2dmg 1 recred will mean you do decent enough DPS. Last night I was soloing 2 man spawns of 4/5 +2/3 7th gen PPs and I swear the 3rd dmg slot wasn't what made me win, it was the holds and the drains and Aim and BU

my main concerns are few, at least until i see some slotting plans, but:

taking aid other so early and not aid self until 22 seems a little odd to me, although you arepicking up critical power ASAP (e.g. TC at 18) i think that AO could be taken later. very nice ranged potential you will have here with early aim BU and Zapp. taking stamina so late seems to be pvp spec, you will need it for PvP at 25 or 30 if you go zonal. fly is not optimal although perma hover can be nice, it is not good enough for melee intensive playstyles. CJ/Acro would be better imo but travel is very personal imo. make sure to slot an endred in all powers (or an endmod as u get some back sometimes) pre stamina if you are trying to build this ground up. i dont think i can see charged brawl, this is an awesome power and better than snipe if u melee a lot imo.

SB is soo much better than SD as it is a hold [img]/uk/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img] if you take TC and SB u may cope fine without SG [img]/uk/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

take shocking bolt over static discharge, take coombat jump super jump instead of hover adn fly, adn take acrobatics instead of emp pulse.

You've hit the nail right on the head mate... I am struggling for slots.

I may have to drop the 3rd dmg slot on my attacks and add them to Aim and Buildup for Recharge.

You've right about VS, slotting config with 1 endmod is pointless really... need to run some more numbers and sort that last bit out.

And I completely forgot about intredux in aid self will fix this in next build.

I would tend to go Shocking Bolt... if you can hold your enemy he/she can't hit you... but on the other hand Static Discharge is a good end drain but the recharge ain't great if memory serves... haven't used it in a long time. [img]/uk/images/graemlins/smirk.gif[/img]
