Special Thanks
Antithetix & Aphotica
Thanks for all the support through the entire Strike Force with critical tatical information that helped us over come all the promblems encounter plus they made the entire SF funny and lively. They play a great a mini team within a team Would be a pleasure to do it again with you some time.
Salome
The only unknown player we played with, But stuck to it through thick and thin with great support that helped all team players even the more challenged of players. Totally recommend this player for any team. Look forward to seeing you with your alts. Grats as well Dinged 50 as we took out the Vindictors
Bilharzia
Never really teamed with a Dom before but this guy knew his **** was always up on building his domination always coming up with new idea and a good strong player that kept his cool throughout the SF. Even got his own nukes and solo'd in Warburg dispite the constant threat of attack.
Notorious Pinky
Even though hampered with slow loading time pink kept it real showing us his homi's how it is down the "west side"
Fantastic mid battle rezing with the Power Pool Rez Pinky did what I have come to expect from him. He played fantastic and stuck to it.
Gorun Nova
Galv my old friend, My rock always has so much dedication to the game stuck to it through thick and thin. Kept me and the team alive so many time with your heals and sb's. This wasnt an easy task but together we overcame it.
V25
Had a really hard time trying to get temp powers in the PvP Zones, but with force of will managed to get half of the powers Think you are struggling a bit with your secondary build that hinder your performance. If you need any advice in the future dont hesitate to ask.
For anyone that wish to Attempt this please listen and consider the following.

Temp Powers
Shivens - Nearly every memeber had shivens they where used from the Vindictors base (5 Heros) and the last mission (8 Heros)
We had to reviste to restock Shivens 4 times.
Nukes. Only used in the last mission.
6 players had all nukes at the start.
We used 3 of each at each attack (Chemical/Biological)
we ran out and had to restock again.
and used 3 of each again
then kept running back to get another,
Future LRSF all players MUST have the Chemical and Biological nukes
you be sorry if you dont take my heed!
Missions
Personally I didnt struggle up to the last 2 missions we played well all the way through but the challenges grew greater as we moved through the SF. The last mission is the one that takes all your time..
The last mission took from 1.15pm 30/7 - 3.00am 31/7
8 Heros all in a circle. According to Ant/Aph theres no stragtegic way of doing this. The plan was Buff up and used Biological nuke. Rush the heros and lay out shivens along the way and nuked the heros we were attacking with Chemical.
The first try we took out the first hero.
The second we did the same as before. and took out the 2nd hero.
This is where we ran out of nukes and we felt it from here on in we wasted loads of BIG inspirations. Looking back on it now we should of reloaded on nukes here. We were stuck on 6 heros and couldnt riddle down any further. untill we restock and recommenced attack @ 11.30pm
The moral of our story is use nukes and shivens at every attack on your final mission.
Whilst we didnt have the nukes we tried many different tatical solutions that failed. So great ideas and out of the box thinking was given by all players. Personally i loved the team flying idea and trying to -fly the heros as they came up but im digressing.
We continued this routine up till there was 2 heros left then we lived just on Shivens temps.

Some heros go down faster than others and sometimes you manage to kill 2 heros in one run depends on the team/players you have.
Conclusion
This Strike Force is not to be taken likely. Dont accept blind invites to do it from people you dont know. This is a Strike Force that could tear a team appart.
This was although very long hours was very fun. Take a team with at least 2 people that can Combat Rez. and recommend at least 2 brutes on team for when one falls the agro is isnt left on the squisys. We prove that pure determination can do it.
I hope this helps out futre Lord Recluses Strike Forces.
Knight Stalker
gratz again. thats how we did it the first timr we succeeded ;p
i would suggest though that pulling is a far easier way once you've got the hang of it =)
Kudos to all for managing to stay through the entire thing. Death truly means nothing to us.
There's nothing left to say except; we finally completed it when I had star. Ah, but of course!
Actually this sf can be done by random teams, all it comes down to is the players willingness to get new warburg nukes/shivans.
i think the damage/debuff cap of the nukes is around 3 or 4, so theres no use of using 5 oder more nukes at once. for the last mission, take down numina and psyche in one run, using 3 oder 4 chemical/bio nukes.
the very rest depends on how much time you have to get nukes
on my second try we had numina and psyche down, and were out of nukes. but the team decided not to get new nukes ("im not goin in there again!"), so, no win this time.
on our first try we went back to warburg twice, making a total of like 48 nukes. if youre team is too weak, just take them down one by one. you WILL win. the buffs/debuffs will make you godlike, as long as you live you deal great amounts of damage.
also remember to get inspirations from st martial arena. empty your inventory and fill with purple/orange.
for brutes:
demonic + 4x purple + 8x orange (vs psi), no tier 38 yet. as soon as demonic goes off activate 38th power, and use inspirations once they wear off. this way youre gonna stay alive for a long time, even against 8 54s.
same for squishies, use demonic/lots of inspirations. never take all inspirations at once. take inspirations to hit the cap, then renew once they wear off. for brutes i recommend buying more purple less orange unless youre /EA, for squishies its probably 1:1 purple/orange.
or, as i've said beforem you can practise pulling -)
can get it down to 4 heroes left pulling without too much trouble and that can be done without nukes, just lots of insps ;p
But i do agree with Syn, it can be done with almost any team with willingness to strive ;p
Well, we smashed through the Vindicators base so well (and without using any nukes), that it looked like charging in was going to work really well. And sure, we got through Numina and Psyche... and then started having trouble. As much as anything, I think people were just getting a little tired, and we weren't always sticking close enough together... that kind of thing. We took a nice long break, got fresh nukes and Shivans, went back in and smashed them all some more.
Also, a fair amount of the time was spent just trying out potential methods - plenty of the team hadn't tried it before, so I think it was a very good run, even if it sounds like it took a long time. We did play around trying a number of possible ways of doing things, and all of that helps for future runs. We also had to deal with a bug in the first mission that slowed us down. (Our tech kept running away through the map whenever we tried to enter or exit side buildings.)
The main thing I'm noticing is that it seems like different methods work well depending on the team setup. We ended up taking the Freedom Phalanx out in a slightly different order this time from my first attempt - and we tried it other ways, but it just wasn't happening.
Anyway, thanks again for the team - the Vindicators fight was a huge rush, with it being the first time I'd been on a team that successfully took them all on at once like that. I think everyone was really shining then, with heals, debuffs, and ressurects being thrown around at just the right time to keep everyone going. Really felt like I was getting some vengeance for all the hours I've spent in that mission.

As 'cel said, the Vindicators mission was a great example of how bumrushing works effectively - after a couple of false starts (nerves, KS hitting 'R' instead of 'W'... ) we charged in headlong and took down all 5 (well, 6 if you count Valkyrie's rez) in one fell swoop (Malaise, Swan, Luminary, Mynx, Valkyrie, Valkyrie). It was probably the most exhilarating fight I've had in CoV (and I've soloed and defeated the Eye of the Leviathan AV after a teamwipe), and would definitely recommend it to anyone to at least try once.
I think that tactic works best for teams with multiple strong AoE heals; we had 2 /Kin Corrs, 1 /Dark Corr, and 1/Dark MM, which was especially good seeing as the heals are also debuffs. It would probably have worked even better with 2 Brutes, but we still made it with just the one. Henchman damage was negligible too, as most pets were completely wiped out within the first minute by Valkyrie and Mynx's AoEs, and I was pretty much focused on debuffing. The strat didn't work as well as I'd been expecting on the final mission, but there were multiple factors that could have explained that, fatigue being the most likely cause.
I would like to come along for one of your Pulling runs, that said, if only to see it in action. I have some other theories in the pipeline as well, but they'll have to wait another 27 levels before I can see if they'll work.

I hope I can ding 50 like that one day. I, being as eloquent and composed as ever, managed to mash out "GRAST" inbetween Twilight Grasping and dropping another Tar Patch.
