Fire/Kinetics Build Comments please
Hey Phil. For a PvE build, I would drop Super Speed now that you have SJ (and Siphon Speed). I would try to get Tactics earlier, since you really don't want your kin powers to miss (depends how much you feel you need Acrobatics atm). ID is a nice buff, but not crucial (I took it at 49). Cinders is actually droppable in the later levels since you have better tools for setting up containment.
- Fire Ball: I would slot recharge instead of endrdx
- Slot 3 dmgres in your shield (1 endred is enough with Stamina and Transference)
- Don't put extra slots in Assault, you won't use it after Fulcrum
- Slot Tactics with 3 ThT_buffs and 2 endreds (if you can take it earlier)
- I would take Swift instead of Health (useless on a squishy)
- I like Hot Feet, even in the later levels, just stand there after Fulcrum while you're using Fire Ball, and watch the red numbers pile up

Saw on hero builder its end cost is 19, is that accurate? dont really want my toggles dropping or is it still ok?

I like having the minor stealth on squishies and if im immobed and siphon has missed then i can get away Also SJ + SS + SS pretty sweet way of traveling

I quite like having the ability to mez two mobs if they close together and allows me to stack holds on bosses instantly.
Swift probably a good idea too

As a kinetic you will definitely not need that much endurance reduction in you powers post level 35. Three EndRdx in Assault and Tactics? You must be kidding!
Just look at the numbers in the Hero Builder and try to make some kind of Top 10 EPS Powers. The more endurance per second is consumed by a power, the more useful an EnduRdx gets. (Granted, toggles get a small "bonus" here, because normally you don´t want to switch them off for a few seconds downtime.) You will see that the only toggles worth slotting for endurance are those with a cost per second of just below 1 or higher. And a whole lot of three EndRdx in leadership powers seems... excessive. Even triple-slotting health or finally giving speed boost a third EndMod would probably be more useful.
Also, I found that I don´t like acrobatics for kinetics. I use speed syphoned hover against knockback and carry breakfrees for the rest... and as a controller you can often enough mez the mezzers first.
If it has eyes, you can blind it, if it has blood, you can make it bleed, if it has a mouth, you can make it scream.
Over the double xp weekend I rocketed my Fire/Kin controller from 15 to 38 heres my proposed build

I'd quite like to get Increased density not sure what to drop though I was thinking either hot feet or siphon power both of which im quite attached too. Any comments or thoughts would be appreciated
This is a PvE build may respec into a PvP later but not too crucial
