Best aux defence items to slot?
Well I have always gone for accuracy and damage ones personally. I may throw in a shield occaisionally.
The thing about the sensor array is you can use it to target a particular area which can be of strategic use.

well, 1 way to think... what u like themost in a character? recharge (relay), end reduction (transform), Damage, Accuracy... etc.. we all have diff oppinions on whats most effective... since they all are... but mind the way u slot ur powers.. u slot for 1 dmg, 1 end red, 1 recharge? no.. u focus on 1 thing and do that all out i use 4 dmg-boosters.. i can see alternatives like 3 dmg, 1 acc.. but i put most effect in dmg..
Think i'm with the majority here on the all out damage route. Firing speed on turrets is OK and while ACC may not be great, they do hit regularly. The damage boosters however will even get a stone brute worried.
One acc in there may be down to personal preference. I've been on the receiving end of a choke point with two turrets backed up with the maximum number of damage boosters and it was not pretty.
(On a seperate note, wondering if buffs like tactics apply to turrets?)
i think it may... i tested to bubble turrets and equip. and that works.. so its possible that most buffs sticks on them. but tbh, im only guessing
As far as i can work out the following can be added to turrets:
Shield (inc def)
Targeter (inc acc 15%)
Damage booster (inc damage 15%)
Auto repair (inproves chance of item being repaired)
Relay (reduces control costs)
Transformer (reduces power costs)
Sensor array (can target specific area) - not sure i get this one???
Assuming my turret takes 4 "slots" whats the best way of slotting it?
