Personally I think that Leaping and Speed pools are by far the best choices for any Dominator. Leaping gives you some much needed mez protection. Hasten is an amazing power for a dominator and the stealth aspect in Super Speed is extremely helpful. However I could think of some uses for Teleport Foe too. Travel power is really a matter of personal choice for most builds so go with what you'd like.
Recall Friend power would be really nice for dragging around that Spirit Tree, plus you can TP Foe people onto Thorntrops or on your Carrion Creeper Patch. Yeah, TP is a good choice.
I'm sure you could make it work especially if you also take Hover, this might be too many power pools though. TP has the advantage of being able to get you out of trouble fast, and into trouble fast I suppose. 
Carrion Creepers follows you around like a kind of pet-aura by the way so as long as it lasts it is where you are - you may not be able to see it but you can hear it when it's active (makes a kind of bubbling noise).
i have recently made a plant control thorny assult dominator and i was wondering do u guys think that tp travel power would suit it well my friend has a lvl 22 plant control thorny assult dominator and he has tp and he says that it is perfect for him any input would be very helpful
