For your last question, presuming they're hand-drawn, is to scan the pictures in to your computer, and then upload to a site such as Photobucket.
It requires a quick registration to use, but is completely free. Once they're uploaded, use the URL link for a picture and insert that into a post here using the URL option in the posting screen.

Have you checked through all the pages of the Creative section? Theres some wonderfully talented & innovative artists/writers/musicians/singers/movie producers here too

Or scan them into your pc and upload via imageshack.us which needs no registeration and doesn't limit the views you get on your pics.
